This is a must try recipe for all Chinese food lovers 😄. The recipe is too simple , you just have to cook the noodles according to the instructions. Then you have to toss it along with vegetables and sauces. To make the noodles more juicy add sauces mixed with water. I’m sure you all will definitely love this recipe 😍. Preparation time:  10-15 min

Cooking time:  15-20 min

Serves: 2-3


Ingredients

Noodles: 1 packet

Water: as needed

Onion: 1

Carrot: 1

Bell pepper: 1

Beans: 10-15

Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Vinegar: 1 tbsp

Pepper powder: 1 tsp

Oil: as needed

Salt: as needed


Method

1.       Cook noodles according to the instructions given in the package. Once cooked strain and keep it aside after smearing 4-5 tsp of oil. Mix it and keep it aside.
                                                                         
2.       Heat a pan (preferably big) and add oil.              

3.       Saute sliced onions till done.
                                                                      

4.       Add thinly sliced vegetables and cook in high flame till tender. Take care not to lose its crunchiness.
                                                                                       

5.       Add the cooked noodles .Saute it for a minute.
                                                                             

6.       Add soy sauce add mix it well.
                                                                                   

7.       Add pepper powder and vinegar  ,give it a nice mix. Take care not to break the noodles.  Check for salt.
                                                                                    
                                                                                            



8.       Transfer to a serving dish.
                                                                                 
                         

9.       Serve hot.

Notes

1.       Add thinly sliced veggies for easy cooking.

2.       Add any veggies of your choice like mushrooms, cabbage etc... You can add sprouts too !!!

3.       You can add chili sauce !!!.

4.       Check for salt after adding the sauces.
